Presents a reliability assessment method based on a failure effect analysis, in which component failure probability is combined with hydraulic analysis under failure conditions and the reliability of heat-supply networks is evaluated with a repairable system model. Sets up a series of reliability indexes for heat users and heat-supply network systems. Assesses and analyses the reliability of an actual heat-supply network, finds the weak part, and thus improves the reliability.
